Depending on the amount of cutting a bit of dust is to be expected. All our tools are connected to a dust extractor. We protect the floor and existing furniture with dust sheets etc. We hoover and clean at the end of every day. If the weather is good, we are more than happy to work outside if the work is on the ground floor and space is available.
It is important the room we are working in is as clear as possible of smaller items and furniture when we install your furniture. We are more than happy to help you move any large items like beds or sofas if you can let us know in advance. If these items cannot be moved out of the room, we will cover them with dust sheets. However, this may impact the delivery of our project if there is not enough space. Please reach out to us with pictures so that we can plan your installation in advance. Ensuring the room is clear allows us to work more efficiently and ensures easy and effective cleaning at the end of the day. If the room is too small, we may need to work in a different room for cutting purposes.
We require a 50% deposit to book in the installation. Deposits are non refundable. By transferring the deposit you are committing to the project. Any booked work that is cancelled is time we could have used to work on other projects so please let us know in advance and with plenty of notice if you need to reschedule our booked installation with you.

We prepare a lot of material offsite before installation. Some cutting is always required onsite to make sure everything fits perfectly to your space. Depending on the project, it could be a little or a fair amount. Factors affecting amount of work and cutting onsite.
- Depending how straight the walls are.
- Type of furniture. Understairs/angled units will require a lot more onsite cutting than a straight forward wardrobe or shelving.
- Door Style
